"This is the worse State Farm agency I have dealt with. The lack of follow-up and returning phone calls is incredible. When we questioned Mr. Shaffer about it he says "it's not requirement we follow-up or call you back." Not a requirement? How about professionalism and common courtesy? Save yourself some headaches and choose a different state farm agent."

"I am a State Farm customer for over 38 years recently moved to Florida and have had issues with this State Farm agent. I have called over the last two weeks and he has not called me back. "Long term customer, first time reviewer. Thank you to Krista who has been so amazing! I’ve been going through a rough patch of life that has become overwhelming to say the least. Over the past few months, I have talked to Krista every month and she is always delightful. She answers my many questions with thought and care. She made everything so easy from handling my questions about a maybe claim for my windshield to questions about my wheelchair van to making sure my questions & responses got to underwriting when I had a larger claim. She made sure nothing got lost in translation and ensured I had the coverage I needed. I’m crying as I write this because of her grace and amazing kindness. Krista is a superstar!!
